Diana, otherwise known as Wonder Woman, is one of the most well-known DC Super Heroes as she has been around for nearly 80 years! Wonder Woman is very skilled, strategic, and tough, and she believes in trustworthy friendships as well. Wonder Woman lives on Paradise Island, also known as the secret island of Themyscira. William Moulton Marston created Wonder Woman in 1941, mainly in reply to the large amount of male super heroes then. She has many powers, abilities, and gadgets to protect herself and save the lives of others.

Friends and Enemies

Friend: Mera

Mera is the queen of the famous undersea kingdom with Aquaman. This Atlantean royal helped Diana escape from her mother to Man's World. She introduces Wonder Woman to her boyfriend, Steve Trevor. Throughout all their interactions, you can tell they have been close friends for a long time.

Friend: Spider-Man

Spider-Man received his powers in a science museum because he was bitten by a radioactive spider which gave him super strength and reflexes. In one of the first issues of a crossover event between Marvel and DC, Spider-Man and Wonder Woman work together to conquer the Juggernaut and Mantis. Afterwards, Spider-Man asks Wonder Woman to use the Lasso of Truth as a web line. She agrees, as long as he can win against her in wrestling.

Friend: Batman

Since Batman's parents were killed when he was little, Batman has prepared his mind and body to almost personal perfection. Except for one incident, Batman and Wonder Woman generally work well together. Even though they don't have much in common, they make up for each other's weaknesses. Diana is one of a couple people who can make fun of Batman, meaning their friendship must be pretty good.

Enemy: Captain Atom

Captain Atom is a powerful character who goes against Wonder Woman. She has used her sword to cut his neck before. His body is made up of nuclear energy held in by his skin, so if he gets free, he could use this energy to destroy the world.

Enemy: Hawkgirl

Hawkgirl has always been very secretive, and she is a detective for a team that wants to destroy the Earth. Even though she didn't know about the destroying Earth part, Wonder Woman takes the betrayal pretty hard. Wonder Woman doesn't want Hawkgirl to stay with them.

Enemy: Harley Quinn

When Harley Quinn wants to be a hero, she does it very villain-like. Part of her plan includes taking out Wonder Woman and stealing her costume. Harley is serious about protecting the Amazon, and she does it without thinking how all the people she affects will end up.
